All quotations provided by Anchor Key Logistics are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice and may be affected by factors including but not limited to fuel surcharges, currency fluctuations, and regulatory changes.

4. Liability

Anchor Key Logistics shall not be liable for any loss or damage, including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from the use of our services except to the extent specified in separate service agreements.

5. Insurance

We recommend that all shipments be adequately insured. Anchor Key Logistics offers cargo insurance options for all shipments. Please contact our team for more information.

6. Force Majeure

Anchor Key Logistics shall not be liable for any failure to perform services where such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
